Day 14 – Accountability Check
How are you doing at finding something you can appreciate or praise about your person each and every day – and telling them and telling at least one other person? If you realize you could do better, write in your journal or notebook specifically what you’ve missed or where you’ve messed up, and why. Consider and implement a success strategy to address it. (“I see my high-school daughter every day, so I can remember to praise her. But I forget to say those positive things about her to someone else. I will post a sticky note on my computer each day to remind me to mention good things about her to friends or colleagues.”
