We are seeking an organized, passionate individual to create inclusive and enriching activities for people of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development:
- Design and implement recreational activities and events for various age groups.
- Promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and social interaction through diverse programs.
- Event Planning & Management:
- Coordinate community events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work with staff and volunteers to plan logistics, secure resources, and promote events.
- Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with community members to understand their needs and interests.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants.
- Partnerships & Collaboration:
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses.
- Work closely with other Kinbridge departments for seamless service delivery.
- Volunteer Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for recreational programs and events.
- Ensure effective volunteer integration and recognition.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage program budgets and track expenses for financial accountability.
- Maintain records of program attendance, feedback, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Recreation, Community Development, or a related field.
- Experience in program planning and delivery.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion:
- Genuine interest in community development and improving the quality of life through recreation.
