Hello membership,
Cambridge Minor Lacrosse is excited to announce that we are rolling out our High Performance Training for this winter. This training is open to all Cambridge residents.
The program includes 13 weeks of private group training as well as 14 weeks of on floor training. The program begins November 19, 2023 until February 25, 2024.
Age Groups (Combined)
- 2009-2012 (U13-U15)
- 2013-2016 (U9-U11)
Here are the details:
- NLPT training will be held on Saturday November 25, 2023- Saturday, February 24, 2023. U9-U11 will train from 2:30pm-3:30pm. U13-U15 will train from 3:30pm-4:30pm.
- On floor training will start on Sunday November 19, 2023- Sunday, November 25, 2023. U9-U11 will be on the floor from 12:00pm- 1:00pm from November to December and 1:00pm-2:00pm from January to February.U13-U15 will be on the floor from 1:00pm-2:00pm from November to December and 2:00pm-3:00pm from January to February.

- 460 Thompson Drive, Cambridge
There are limited spots and the first 30 registrants at each age group will be accepted. 60 players in total.
Here is the best part. This amazing program is only $80.00 per player. CMLA is covering the cost of all floor time. Wow what a value.
